This CAD model was created as part of a Coursera course on Autodesk Fusion 360. The design was provided within the course to help learners understand how to create a 3D model from measured drawings.
Ganesh Utsav Installation at Phoenix Marketcity Pune
During this Ganesh Festival, I had the privilege of being part of a team of design students and faculty from Vishwakarma University (VU) to create a unique installation at Phoenix Mall. The installation blends tradition with modern creativity, using pixel art as an innovative medium.
Adopting an eco-conscious approach, we incorporated sustainable materials such as bamboo, woolen threads, and paper cups, embodying the values we hold as aspiring product designers.

A sustainable Ganpati makhar made from bamboo can feature a sturdy bamboo frame with natural joinery, avoiding metal fasteners. The surface can be treated with natural oils or beeswax for durability.
